RECIPE
3/4 cup of water
2 teaspoon active yeast
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup + 2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
METHOD
Measure your yeast in a bowl, and add the teaspoon of sugar , mix with little water and allow to rest for 8-10minutes.
Pour the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
After 10 minutes, add your remaining water into your dry ingredient and your yeast mix, turn together till well mixed , cover with a cloth or foil paper and keep in a warm place for 30-45minutes.
After 30/45 minutes, it must have doubled in size, mix it again together and its ready to fry.
Fry and enjoy your delicious puff puff with a choice drink.
